Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

Zero Gravity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.

 

All orders are subject to availability.

 

The customer agree to pay the delivery fee indicated in the order form.

 

The final order is the item name placed through the order form. In the event that the client inputs the wrong product name in the order form and wants a shipped item replaced, the client takes full accountability of shipping expenses.

 

Orders unpaid after 48 hours will be considered void and shall be sold to other customers. Shall there be any request to pay later than two days, the client shall inform Zero Gravity via text or email immediately after receiving the text. Approval of the request is subject to product availability.

 

The customer takes responsibility of tracking the order online. Should there be any delay in shipping or error in the delivery information, the client shall inform Zero Gravity through email or text.

All information provided on the order form are final. Any changes shall be provided prior to shipping and must be acknowledged by Zero Gravity. Change in address is not allowed. 

 

Items are subject to inspection before shipping. Should there be any damage in the product after receiving it, the customer shall inform Zero Gravity immediately within 24 hours of the receipt of the item.

 

In the event that a wrong item is shipped to the customer, Zero Gravity shall shoulder shipping expenses. Shipping costs shall be reimbursed to the customer.

 

Zero Gravity shall replace items damaged in production within 14 days of the report. In this event, Zero Gravity will shoulder shipping costs for the return and re-shipping of the item to the client.

 

If an item is to be bought on a sale period, the client shall pay within the period. Otherwise, regular prices shall take effect and the client shall pay the price difference or have their payment refunded.

 

Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged nor returned.

 

When a client is unsatisfied with the product, a refund is okay provided the product has not been used. The refund will be limited to the price of the item at the time of purchase. All shipping costs will not be refunded. Fees for returning the item shall be handled by the client. Refund shall take 1-5 business days. Zero Gravity reserves the right to reject a refund if the product returned does not meet standards.

 

Regular Shipping

 

For regular non-COD shipments, shipping cut-off is 1PM, Mondays through Friday. Proof of payments received after 1PM shall be shipped the next business day. 

 

Counting of days for product shipment shall begin 24 hours after the shipping email notification is received.

 

The customer agrees that any delay in shipping is the responsibility of Zero Gravity’s shipping partner. Zero Gravity will not be liable for any delays.

 

Shipping within Metro Manila takes 2-3 working days, 4-8 days for provinces outside Metro Manila.

 

Items on free shipping shall be sent through a regular courier. In the event that the client chooses another courier, the client shall pay for the price difference between the chosen courier and regular courier

 

Same Day Delivery

 

For same day delivery, the client agrees to book the delivery through GrabExpress.

 

The client also agrees to pay the fee for the service.

 

Availability of this service is dependent on the availability of GrabExpress riders to deliver the item.

 

The cut off time for items shipped on the same day is at 1:30PM. The client agrees that if the proof of payment be sent through Zero Gravity’s email after 1:00PM, the item shall be shipped the earliest possible time the next day. 

 

The service is available from Monday to Friday. Zero Gravity shall provide details of the delivery for same day shipments.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Order through this website. Choose among the products from our website. You would need to provide your name, address, contact information and email address. The information you provide will only be used to complete your order. Details will be provided after you finish the checkout.

For now, we are solely online-based.

 

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We can only accept cash payments via BDO/BPI deposit and Gcash payments.

The Cash On Delivery option is available nationwide. The service is provided by LBC.

Hello! Yes we cater to same day delivery. Please note that you will have to book the pick-up and pay the item before shipping. We are located in Marikina. We can dispatch between 9-12NN and 2-4PM. HOW DO I CONFIRM IF YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from us confirming your order. Payment details will also be available upon checkout. 

 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

Once you’ve filled-out the order form, if the item is stocked, it is reserved in your name for 2 banking days.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping days vary depending on location. For areas inside Metro Manila, items can be delivered as early as the next day or as late as four (4) days. Provincial locations outside the vicinity of Metro Manila may take 3-5 days to deliver while locations on the northern part of Luzon and the whole of Visayas and Mindanao may take 3-8 days to deliver. Delivery is on regular business days.

 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?

We can work it out. Shipping shall be shouldered by the client.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU SHIPPED MY PAID ORDER?

An email notification will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in the order form after we turn over your item to LBC. Please wait for the tracking number to be sent to your mobile number/ email address.

DO YOU HAVE A SALE SEASON?

We do not have scheduled sales throughout the year. We do make announcements when we discount our items, otherwise, the price indicated in our order form is final.

 

WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR BAGS?

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

We do quality control before we ship out our products, but if there would be any problems with the product, inform us within 2 days of receiving it so we can work out an exchange.

 

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

We give one (1) week warranty for all our bags. Damages incurred in production shall be reported within 24 hours of item delivery. We will replace any damaged item with a new one.

 

DO YOU REPAIR THE BAGS?

We can repair our products. The client shall shoulder all shipping, labor and miscellaneous expenses.

 

HOW DO I CLEAN THE BAG?

All of Zero Gravity MNL’s bags are washable with mild soap and warm water.  Hand washing is advised. The metal hardware, if any, should be dried first with clean, dry cloth after washing. It is recommended, however, that the bag be spot cleaned using mild soap. The bag should be air-dried.
