Zero Gravity MNL adds the Cash on Delivery service to the shipping options. Get your order within 2-4 days for Metro Manila and 3-7 days for provincial areas then pay as you receive the item. 

How does it work?
1. Choose the item you like and click ‘Add to Cart’ If you’re decided on what to get, tap 'I agree with the terms and condition' and then 'Proceed to Check Out’ to proceed with delivery and payment details.

2. In the information section, fill-out your details including your name, shipping address and contact information. Be sure to input complete details for your address: house number, street name, barangay and city. You may also opt for LBC branch pick-up by providing the address of your preferred branch. Click 'Continue to shipping’.

3. After clicking 'Continue to shipping,'  identify if your address is under Metro Manila or provincial areas. Different rates apply. After reviewing all details, click ‘Continue to payment’ 

4. On the Payment page, choose your preferred payment option. You may choose ‘Same as shipping address’ if you want the transaction to be completed in one preferred location only. Once everything is set, click ‘Complete order’.

5. Order confirmation will appear Payment instructions/ shipping details will appear on your screen. Please pay for the item (for Bank Deposit, Money Remittance, Grab Express) or wait for our text message (for COD within Metro Manila).

Note that the Cash on Delivery service is available nationwide but may not be allowed in far locations in the provinces. The service is furnished by LBC. Please note that courier doesn’t ship to hospitals or school addresses currently.

You will be charged a flat rate of Php 200.00 for Metro Manila and Php 275 for provincial areas.

For COD orders, please be informed that the item will be only be processed upon order confirmation. We will text you within 24 hours to confirm your details. If you don’t receive any text message, you may reach out to 0919 003 8938 to confirm your order.

Given the current quarantine measure, processing of orders in the LBC branch is scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
