Order through this website. Choose among the products from our website. You would need to provide your name, address, contact information and email address. The information you provide will only be used to complete your order. Information on how to pay will be provided after checkout.

We currently accept cash payments via BDO or BPI transfer/deposit. Cash on delivery is available nationwide via LBC.
Shipping fee is 200 pesos for Metro Manila orders; 275 Pesos for areas outside Metro Manila. We ship through LBC. Current shipping prices are indicated in the Shipping section of the order checkout. Prices are subject to change. Current shipping prices are reflected in the order form.
The Cash On Delivery option is available nationwide. The service is provided by LBC.
Absolutely! When making your order, just choose Cash on delivery and input the address of your preferred LBC branch. You may pick-up anytime after the item is shipped and pay at the branch.
We can deliver your item on the same day through your preferred courier service for most Metro Manila addresses. Please message us for details. This service is subject to rider availability.
You will receive an email from us confirming your order with your order number Payment details will also be available upon checkout. For COD purchases, you will receive a text message within 24 hours after your order is placed. (Except weekends/holidays).
Once you’ve filled-out the order form, if the item is stocked, it is reserved for 2 banking days.
Shipping days vary depending on location. For areas inside Metro Manila, items can be delivered as early as the next day or as late as four (4) days. Provincial locations outside the vicinity of Metro Manila may take 3-5 days to deliver while locations on the northern part of Luzon and the whole of Visayas and Mindanao may take 3-8 days to deliver. We can work it out. Shipping shall be shouldered by the client.
An email notification will automatically be sent to the email address you provided in the order form after we turn over your item to LBC. Please wait for the tracking number to be sent to your mobile number/ email address.

We do not have scheduled sales throughout the year. We do make announcements when we discount our items, otherwise, the price indicated on your order form is final.

We do quality control before we ship out our products, but if there would be any problems with the product, inform us within 2 days of receiving it so we can work out an exchange. See our full refund policy here.
We give one (1) week warranty for all our bags. Damages incurred in production shall be reported within 24 hours of item delivery. We will replace any damaged item with a new one.
We can repair our products. The client shall shoulder all shipping, labor and miscellaneous expenses.
All of Zero Gravity MNL’s bags are washable with mild soap and warm water. Remove the shoulder pads (if any) of the bag before washing. Hand washing is advised. The metal hardware should be dried first with clean, dry cloth. It is recommended, however, that the bag be spot cleaned using mild soap. The bag should be air-dried away from direct sunlight.
