Return, Refund and Exchange Policies:
Production defects found within the first seven days after the item has been received are eligible for a return or refund.
If defects were reported after a week, we can’t offer a refund or exchange of the item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error is non returnable/refundable.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after receipt is nonrefundable and will be sent back at the client's expense.
How to Return for Refund or Replacement:
Returns/ exchanges for orders should be processed through email. Please reach us through email@example.com with the subject line, ‘ITEM RETURN/REFUND.’ Please indicate your order number in the email. Our production team will verify the photos sent and contact you for any clarification.
Once the request for replacement or refund has been approved, return details and procedure will be sent to your local number. Our team will be requesting for your bank details if you are eligible for a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Replacement item/s will be dispatched within 7 working days of settlement.
All shipments for return will be shipped thru Zero Gravity’s preferred shipping company.
